No liability is accepted for any loss, damage, sickness or injury to guests or invited persons or any car or its contents or possessions. This applies to any bikes stored in the courtyard.
We recommend guests have their own holiday insurance to cover all of the above plus cancellation should you have to cancel outside of the cancellation period.
Only when absolutely necessary, we or workmen may need to enter at agreed times to inspect and carry out urgent repairs.
Guests will be asked to leave the property without compensation if behaviour is deemed as completely unacceptable or unreasonable breakages or damage occurs.
