NB: Prices may be subject to change. During the summer months (25 June to 26 Aug) rentals are weekly only however it may be possible to offer some flexibility so please ask. Arrival is from 4.00pm and departure is at 12 noon with the exception of the peak summer months when it is 11.00 am (earlier check ins may be possible).

The price includes a welcome basket, linen and towels (changed weekly for stays of two weeks), all electricity and heating, basic supplies of tea, coffee, sugar and milk and household items including bin bags, washing up liquid, tea towels, toilet paper and basic condiments. Free wi-fi.

Dogs are charged at £20 (maximum of 2).


Payment via cheque, paypal, bank account transfer or international bank transfer.


A 30% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking/within 7 days of our response to your booking enquiry. The final balance is payable no later than 6 weeks before the holiday begins. When the holiday is booked within 6 weeks of arrival then the full amount is payable immediately.

Terms and conditions

Bookings are made on condition that the cottage is looked after and remains in the condition that you find it. All bookings are subject to our terms and conditions which you should read before making a booking. Bookings are not confirmed until the deposit money has been received and a confirmation email sent to you.
